I have been a patient of Dr. Hilary Douglas’s for almost two years. The office is clean, punctual, friendly and professional. My experience is always the same which is why I continue going back! Dr. Douglas is an outstanding dentist and even more so an asset to the community.

It’s an unnatural feeling to be excited about going to the dentist, but you can’t help but to be excited when you go to Dr. Douglas! From the front desk to everyone in the back, they are always in such a good mood, laughing, dancing to the variety of music, (Pink Floyd being my favorite) and cracking jokes. That combined with extreme quality and customer care is a win win in my opinion. Thank you Dr. Douglas and crew!!

Always nice. Appointment variation, visit, after care all there but zero upselling product like other places. Take care of your teeth and send you back home. Wait is short, and always pleasant visit.

My family and I struggled to find a good dentist when we first moved to the Phoenix area until started coming here. Dr Douglas came highly recommended. We have been coming here for years and absolutely love it this office and staff. They are knowledgeable about the care they provide and always put a smile in my face even when they don’t always have the best news. Recently I became the caregiver of my 91-year-old grandmother. She started to have dental pain. They were able to get her in the same day and took excellent care of her. She needed some work and the care and love that she received was amazing. They treat you like family and always go above and beyond.

It was an emergency visit and she was so gentle and caring. This is even though I was being a big baby.
