Dr. Gregory Neu, DDS

Dr Neu reviewed my x-rays and explained all the necessary dental work while showing the teeth onscreen. He is efficient, personable and explains dental procedures very well. He viewed the x-rays and recommended a plan of action for dental work I need. I am very satisfied with his obversations.

As always, my appointment with Dr. Neu and his staff was very positive. I am always made to feel welcomed, the reason for my visit was throughly addressed, I was offered water, a blanket, or a protein shake due to it being lunch time. To me, this says that they care about their patient's comfort. I have never had such a caring and professional doctor and staff. Dr Neu actually listens to you, explains things and accommodates your needs. I highly recommend Dr. Neu and his staff to meet your dental concerns.

Dr. Neu is the most thorough and competent dentist I have been to. I had a multitude of problems with my teeth, many that were the result of prior dentists who failed to properly correct a problem. Dr. Neu did a comprehensive exam, worked up a cost for everything needed, listened to my concerns and problems that I had been struggling with for years. He asked me what I felt was important and discussed what he felt the priority of treatment should be and why. Everyone in the office is friendly and professional. The office is equipped with current technology. Crowns are made in the office during the appointment. Xrays, photos & treatments are explained. Cost is reasonable. Patient comfort is important. You are seen at your appointment time-NO sitting in the waiting room for an extended time. I have recommended 2 people and they are as pleased with the quality of care as I am.

I always have a good experience here. The staff is very caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain processes and answer any questions or concerns. They work at your pace and comfort level.

Dentist is fine but the office staff needs help. Missed telling me about my waiting period for major services. Kind of an important part. I was asked for money on the middle of a procedure. Had no problem doing that but miss telling me about my benefits. Shady.
