Dr. Fortner is an OUTSTANDING dentist. He is very kind and accepts many health insurance. The visits are very easy and the staff makes you feel at home. If you live in Richmond, I 100 percent recommend Dr. Fortner as your dentist.

Dr. Fortner earns his very high patient ratings through a great combination of competence, patience, concern and bedside manner. This is complimented by excellent staff and a friendly and accommodating office. I've stayed with him through lots of dental work going on 20 years and am proud to call him my dentist.
