It was great until the very end. Me and my fiance just got insurance with our new job we assumed it was active because the date said active on the first day of October 2019. So my fiance set an appointment to come in an get some work done. Come to find out though our insurance was affective on this date but not active. . . ?? Not your offices fault but they trier hard to overcome this hurtle. We were grateful until we were told one thing and then another. Still it was understandable, until, some employees began to talk about me and my fiance and our situation in a very negative gossipy tone because they didn't know I could hear them. I thought that was really not cool so that brought my experience to a pretty much 1 on a 1 to 5 scale. May not be coming back to get our work done there once our insurance is active.

The first crown didnt fit right, so Dr. Ky had another one made. He made sure the crown was made right with no extra charge to me. Pleased with how the new crown fits.

Dr. Ky is one of the best dentists I have seen! He is gentle, knowledgeable, and his staff is phenomenal. Unlike any dental office I have ever been to! I actually enjoy coming here and look forward to future visits.

Dr. Ky has been so wonderful! The whole staff at Cedar Creek Dental has been so accommodating and willing to work around my schedule. As someone who has had her share of dental work, I appreciate quality work when I see it. Dr. Ky & staff, whether it’s been a scheduled appointment or an emergency visit, have always taken exceptional care to relieve my pain & discomfort and explain thoroughly what’s going on. I would certainly recommend them to anyone!
