Dr. Erin Sherrill, DMD

The front staff and a few other members at the office recently left and though I miss some of them, the new staff is wonderful. Always friendly and willing to help. If I have an issues with my brackets or wires they get me an appointment to see Dr. Sherrill that same day. Dr. Sherrill and her team in the back are quick and get the job done right. My teeth look amazing and it did not take long to achieve these results!! I was hesitant about a few of the suggestions I'd received but I followed through with them and am grateful I did because the results have been wonderful. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Sherrill not just for her professionalism and expertise but also because she is down to earth and a pleasure to talk to when I come in for my appointments. So grateful!!

I love Dr Sherrills spirit and her dedication to make her patients feel welcome, and special. Her strategy to get your teeth where they need to be is phenomenal. The receptionist I dealt with on yesterday forgot her name but is from an Hispanic decent. She was fantastic also in getting me in after I broke a bracket and was uncomfortable. Iris is the best and I love the entire team!!!

Every visit is great!

Dr. Sherrill is wonderful. She is very personable, and she took the time to address all my concerns and issues. The only issue I have had thus far was with scheduling. Twice I had appts written down for specific times only to get the reminder text and find the time was different than what I was given at the previous appt. (not more than 30 mins difference). As I put it on my phone right in the office and verbally confirm the time, I’m sure I got it correct as given to me. The problem may be fixed as it didn’t happen for my last visit.

I have had the best experience with Dr. Sherrill and her team! As a 24 year old, I have just had my braces taken off and am currently still under her care for my retainers. Dr. Sherrill has always made sure that I know exactly what goals we are working towards with my braces and has given clear instructions for maximizing their effectiveness. Oftentimes Dr. Sherrill asks for my feedback and makes sure that I am content with her work. I would wholeheartedly say that Dr. Sherrill genuinely cares about her patients. The team that backs this amazing doctor is just as committed to its patients. Iris, Suzie, and Meagan make me feel at home each visit. I cannot think of a single complaint.
