My experience with dr. Wissinger was a total shock. This woman does not have the ability to explain things, she does not listen and she does not respond. You either agree to what she wants to do without your input or she simply disappears into her office leaving her staff to figure it out. This place is not a dentists office, something is just not right here and from the moment I met her I never felt comfortable with her.

I was sent here by my former dentist that retired. Dr Wissinger is not willing to discuss treatment plans that are outside of what she wants to do. Her experience does not come from a place of dental health but profit. If a dr. Is taking such responsibility for patients they should be able to discuss different alternatives. I felt very dismissed & shamed by my requests.

If you want to discuss your needs, you’re out of luck here. Dr. Wissinger will not only utterly deny your requests. She will suddenly without notice up and leave and disappear while you are still in the dental chair. I left this office so confused too many times. The staff is nice but it’s important to be a good listener if you are treating patients and NOT walk out & behave so immaturely. I can’t trust someone that takes my personal needs & dismisses them without discussion as well as take offense to discussing them. I don’t understand the high prices and such low quality of communication. I’m perplexed as to how the rest of her patients can be so happy about this treatment style.

I love the spa-like feel of the practice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr Wissinger dental work is beautiful. Highly recommend if you want aesthetically pleasing dental work!!
