The location is wrong on this site, he is in Apollo Beach area now. He fixed my smile with invisalign! Ive been afraid to smile for so long, but not anymore!

Dr.DylanHagerty at Smile Design Dentistry, West Chase location provided horrible service.
12/18/ 017 I had root canal treatment, followed by 1/5/018 the porcelain crown being installed without any pins.It resulted sloppy, unprofessional job to Fail on 3/31/018 the crown fell off in less then 3 month. Office does not take responsibility of providing sloppy service. I am senior citizen,age 77, live on Social Security, can't afford to pay double for dr's mistakes!
