New Patient
I called to make a first time patient appt, dental cleaning. I was informed I could not make an appt without a consult, which included x-rays, oral exams and a consult with the dentist, which is has to be paid out of pocket. I have dental insurance, why would I pay out of pocket for this? The reason for dental insurance is so they can cover these charges. Their process seems absurd to me.

I really like all the dental hygienist and the office help USE to be great, now you get stuck with large Marge (aka Virginia, ) she has horrible customer service, she is rude and lied to me about a refund on services that had T been done yet charged me months in advance. Dr Snitzer did 2 gum surgeries ion me and my gums are not any better. Do not recommend this dentist. Dishonest, very unprofessional.

Dr. Snitizer saved my life, well, she says I exagerate and will admit to saving my teeth. After years of suffering in the dental chair, Dr. Snitizer and her staff have eliminated all fear of the dentist and I now have a healthy mouth!!

Dr Snitzer and her staff are professional and courteous. I originally sought treatment for my receding gums, after receiving the pinhole surgery, my gums are in great shape. I've been back many times for regular cleanings and crowns.

Everyone at Dr. Snitzer’s office is so kind and wonderful to be around. If your like me, going to the Dentist can be stressful and intimidating, but I don’t feel that way when I have Dr. Snitzer’s office. Everyone helps take my mind off of the stress that comes when I go to dentist, and they go above and beyond to work with you and explain all of your dental needs thoroughly and are there to help in anyway possible!! Thank y’all so much for everything that y’all do!!

Dr. Snitzer is always so thorough, checking and double checking what an X-ray might be showing with what was actually going on. She confirmed the tooth was fine and I have the confidence there's not an issue that will be getting worse.

While I would recommend the doctor, I would NOT recommend the new dental cleaner person. She poked with the water cleaner in a way i have never experienced before. She did not know how to use the water sucking device so I swallowed and drooled. I cut the cleaning short because I did not want her hand tools in my mouth. She polished my teeth and I got out of there before she could floss. A very poor experience
