Dr. Clark Cressman, DDS

Although Dr Cressman is very competent his billing dept at the Henderson office near Stephanie & Russell needs a lot of improvement. Amber totally misled me about my out-of-pocket costs for a crown. Over $500 was charged for things that were not covered by my insurance. I presented a $100 coupon as a new patient which instead of reducing my payment of $1118 to $1018 was added to the total cost instead! I am still waiting for an $84 refund for service done in late Oct. My insurance mailed them a check in Nov. If you go to this office tell them that you do not want anything done that isn't covered by your insurance. I paid a lot more for a core build up and a longer lasting crown than I should have and will not be returning to this office. I do recommend Prestige Dental near Stephanie and Horizon. They go over everything before anything is done and their out-of-pocket costs are competitive and affordable, shame on Gentle Dental!
