I have been coming to Dr. Ahmed for over a year and first arrived with severe dental problems. I found this office to be the first to do extensive work with little pain and with concern and professionalism. The Whole Staff carried me through many a difficult day. I have felt welcome and cared for. I am Grateful and will recommend to others.

Dr. Ahmed was met with a hostile patient, (me!) He listened, was kind, professional, and told me exactly what he was going to do. I remained hostile and scared from so many previous dental experiences in my life. I only wish that I had a Dr Ahmed as my dentist in my youth. He most likely wouldn't care of my true endorsement of how he treated me....but he is worthy of the "kindest" and "sincere" dentist I ever met! He didn't hurt me a bit! The staff/assistants??? Teresa and Shannon treated me like someone that they truly cared about! Both on the phone and today in person. I am so impressed with Great Expressions in Wilbraham!!! They are so caring, and I will recommend them to many! Wonderful caring people, taking care of people!

I have been a patient at Great Expressions for over a year and I would highly recommend Dr Ahmed for his work, he is very professional and helpful and courteous and in my opinion goes beyond what is required of him to do. His staff is great and I could never say enough about Shannon and Theresa as they are amazing. The only issue I have is that I am still wearing my original upper denture that I went in with and the new dentures on the bottom the teeth are too short ( small ) and I was told the important thing was the bite.
