Homestead office
This is the worst Dental office I have visit when it comes to customers service. I have been waiting since march 22, for an approval they supposedly sent to my insurance company, I have spoke with my insurance company three times in the last month and a half, and they haven't recived anything, today I complaint to the doctors office and the front desk hung the phone at me, At the end I will have to change dentist, do to the lack of follow up they have with thier customers. Is may the 4th 2023 , I have never waited so long for a dental cleaning my recomendation is go some where else , where the atmosphere is more professional. Usually i always get my cleanings anywhere elser right away without such a problem. And back and forward
