I went to Dr Kim to help repair a tooth that was chipped from eating a fig bought at a store that had a rock in it. The store was very gracious and offered to pay for the damages upon receipt of a dental exam proving that I chipped the tooth with an opinion that the chipped tooth came from acute damage rather than decay. I went to Dr. Kim to receive an X-Ray/written opinion to submit to the store to receive the payment for the procedure. The X ray showed a chip tooth and a few caviti
