This woman is a sales woman first, dentist second. I’ve felt less intimidated at a car dealership than I have at this practice. Since the moment I went for my consultation, I knew I was being suckered. They took multiple xrays including unnecessary ones upon my return wellness check after pulling my tooth. On top of which after knowing my insurance plan sent me a bill stating that the insurance would not cover my xrays. They wouldn’t let me leave without having set up another procedure that I do not want. I finally was fed up and walked out telling them I did not want any of these other procedures. I only wanted my broken tooth fixed or pulled. I came in because my kids mothers side of the family goes there. But they aren’t the kind who can say no to intimidating people. I’m battling their charge for the unnecessary xrays and hope they remove it. I’m very disappointed.

I honestly say Dr. Amy is a GOD sent Angel in disguise. I've Prayed 7 years for the correct Dental Professional to trust. In September GOD put Dr. Amy Liu in my Facebook Health Grades without my searching. She & her Staff are caring, compassionate, have sincere concern for patients, give attentive high quality professionalism, staff & office has updated materials to serve their public with high maintenance level standing. I observed & experienced, I am highly satisfied, & referring Customer.

This office staff and Dr Liu are so friendly and caring. I have been seeing Dr Liu for almost 3 years. I was refured by my sister who has been seeing her for many years. I don’t usually write reviews. But I have been working with Dr Liu to get my bite correct so I can chew properly. She also just pulled my last 4 teeth. She told me all the options on different ways I could have my teeth work better for me. Just finishing the last part of what I need done for my perfect smile.
