Chipped a tooth snd was booked for 2 weeks out for repair (it was not urgent)but they were able to get me in the next day after all. Very efficient and pleasant experience!

I called to make an appointment for my mentally ill brother. The receptionist was not friendly at all and kept stating that they might not be the practice for my brother. I had a coupon that was good until the end of September and was told on the phone that it was only good until this Thursday. I could not use it any other time, even though the coupon had an expiration date of 9-30-19. Against my better judgement I finally made an appointment. I told them I had all of the paperwork filled out. Several hours later I received a phone call from them again, stating that they were cancelling the appointment. They felt that this was not the place for my brother. I had told them in my first phone call that I had a driver for my brother. I had already called and set this up. So, they do not take care of the handicapped. Talk about discrimination!! They pawned my brother off on another dentist. He will not go to this dentist either. How very rude and unprofessional!!
