Every time I come into the office I walk out trusting my care plan. I am as just apart of my plan as Dr. Boatemaa. It feels like a team effort. I’ve been to a lot of dental and doctor’s offices, and my experience at Great Expressions Wycliff is one that I’ll always cherish.

I love the staff and dentists at the office off Wycliff in Dallas. My complaint has to do with your business model. It feels like a cattle call for your clients. The dentist is overwhelmed with too many clients at one time. Constantly running from room to room trying to handle them all. It's just bad customer care. It's not fair to your clients or your employees. There's too many options out there for this type of business model to keep viable clients returning. It also goes a long way to explain why your dentist leave soon after arriving. It's a revolving door. It's sad because you have a great staff but you run them to death until they leave. Clients don't like going to the dentist anyway and they have to adjust to new staff and dentists all the time at your offices. It makes the whole experience unsettling.

Took my wisdom teeth out quickly and pain free! I didn’t feel a thing!!

I came to Dr. Boatemaa with SEVERE back molar tooth pain along with bleeding. Dr. Boatemaa got me in ASAP! I needed a crown and a root canal and I was sooooo scared. Her office staff was so kind and gentle, handled my dental fear with great ease. She referred me to a EXCELLENT endo named Dr. Gonzales to do my root canal. She was GREAT also! After getting my successful root canal, I had to go back to Dr. Boatemaa to finish my crown. Let me say... I LOVE MY CROWN. I have been pain free for the past months and my crown is beautiful. I’m giving Dr. Boatemaa and her office staff Gabby 10 STARS!!! Please support her and her staff! I love them and I’m so grateful for them.

Ever since getting Dr. Boatemaa as my dentist, I have been much more confident in my treatment plan and the overall quality of care I've received at her hands. This is literally the case, as she is the gentlest dentist I've had, and explained what was going on every step of the way, making sure to check in about any pain and discomfort I am experiencing. One would think that should go without saying, but I have been at the hands of many dentists who left me feeling like I was in a fight gone bad. Dr. Boatemaa is thorough, precise, compassionate and a consummate professional and I appreciate the skill and competence she displays as well as her staff. Highly recommend!

Dr B has gentle hands. She is so sweet and caring and took the time to explain everything she was doing. I needed multiple crowns and fillings by her. I trust her and will continue using her.

Dr. Boatemaa is amazing! She is very thorough and meets all your needs. Personal and cares about her patients. The staff is very welcoming and makes each visit easy going.

She took the time to explain my options very clearly to me, and I didn’t feel pressured at all to pick a certain treatment plan (unlike other dentists I’ve been to). Dr. Boatemaa was nice but I would NOT recommend this place to anybody unless you want to do ONLY what they want. They didn’t give me a REGULAR cleaning when I requested it (which is why went in the first place for check up and cleaning) because they wanted me to do other type of services. I kindly said not today for the other services so they said nothing at all. Smh. And they charge $15 for Covid??!

Great experience! My front tooth chipped during a fall and I was so worried. I made an emergency apt she fixed it on the spot and didn’t try to make me do a crown like another dentist had suggested. Dr. Boatemaa is ethical and great at her craft. My tooth is brand new and I didn’t have to pay an arm and a leg!

I’ve watched the staff and doctors change a couple times in the few years that I’ve been getting my dental care at this office. I’ve had only positive experiences with this current group, which obviously works very hard to take great care of their patients.
