Biography: <p>Dr. Jordan Fishman is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon certified by The American Board of Surgery. He specializes in reconstructive microsurgery and super-microsurgery with a particular interest in complex breast reconstruction, as well as advanced reconstructive procedures following head and neck surgery or a major traumatic injury. In addition, he has interest and expertise in body contouring following massive weight loss. Dr. Fishman received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from The University of Pennsylvania before earning both his Doctor of Medicine and Master of Public Health Degrees at The Tulane University of Louisiana. He then completed a general surgery residency and a two-year basic science surgical research fellowship at Rutgers &ndash; New Jersey Medical School where he was ultimately elected administrative chief resident.</p> <p>Following his training in general surgery, Dr. Fishman moved to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to complete his plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at the University of Pittsburgh &ndash; one of the nation's premier plastic surgery training programs. While in Pittsburgh, he was mentored by internationally-recognized leaders in the field of body contouring surgery, fat grafting, and complex breast reconstruction. He was chosen to complete an additional year of subspecialty training in cutting-edge reconstruction techniques as a microvascular and complex reconstruction fellow at the University of Pittsburgh. During this time, he also served as a Clinical Instructor of Plastic Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh, responsible for training surgical residents in microvascular skills.</p> <p>Dr. Fishman is a member of both the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and the Gold Humanism Honor Society. He has been recognized for his commitment to education with multiple teaching awards at the institutional and national level. Biography: <p>Dr. Naomi Gregory is a highly trained, board certified otolaryngologist who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the ear, nose, and throat.Dr. Gregory performed her undergraduate studies at Villanova University and completed medical school at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia PA. Afterward, she completed a one-year internship in General Surgery and Otolaryngology, as well as a four-year residency in Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery and Facial Plastics, both at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She had special training in head and neck surgery and laryngology at Hahnemann University Hospital, and pediatric ENT at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children.Dr. Gregory provides medical and surgical care for a full spectrum of ENT and head and neck disorders. Biography: <p>Dr. Hamid Abdollahi, MD, FACS is double board certified in general surgery and plastic surgery by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. His area of expertise includes aesthetic procedures of the face and body. As part of his extensive training, he did an aesthetic surgery fellowship at Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital in New York, one of the most prestigious aesthetic fellowship programs in the country. He is well versed in the latest cosmetic techniques including facelift surgery, rhinoplasty as well breast and body contouring.</p> <p>Dr. Abdollahi completed his plastic and reconstructive surgery training at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia. He trained at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital where he completed both his internship and general surgery residency. While at Jefferson he was the recipient of multiple awards including the Thomas Jefferson Resident Teaching Award and was inducted into the Association of Pathology Honors Society and Hobart Amory Hare Honor Society. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with Summa Cum Laude honors with B.A. in Biology and a minor in chemistry.</p> <p>During his time at Jefferson, Dr. Abdollahi performed an extra year of basic science research in the Division of Vascular Surgery. His focus was on adipose derived stem cells (ASC) and the effect of hypoxia on their angiogenic potential. An area that has tremendous potential in dealing with problems with wound healing.</p> <p>Dr. Abdollahi's work has appeared in over two-dozen publications and abstracts, and he has co-authored four book chapters.</p> <p>Dr. Abdollahi's public service includes overseas mission trips with Global Smile Foundation to Ecuador and Peru. As well as being the recipient of the Regan-Stryker Fellowship grant sponsored by operation smile to travel to India, where he treated patients with cleft lips and palates. He also participated in a program to provide healthcare to the underserved community in Philadelphia. He is fluent in Farsi and German.</p>
