Biography: Dr. Mallick joined Heartland Cardiology in April 2008. He is Chief of Cardiology at the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center, a position he has held since 2003, and he is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Kansas School of Medicine. Dr. Mallick is Board-Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Nuclear Cardiology, and in adult Transthoracic Echocardiography, stress echocardiography and Transesophageal Echocardiography. Additionally he is fully qualified to implant pacemakers and internal cardio-defibrillators, as well as provide follow-up care for these devices. Dr. Mallick is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology. He completed his fellowship in Cardiovascular Diseases and residency in Internal Medicine from Brooklyn Jewish Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. He takes great pride in caring for the Veteran community in Wichita. He also has a passion for helping educate new medical students and residents to help them achieve their goal to become physicians. Dr. Mallick enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
