Nature of Complaint:
The physician on 10-08-2009 in the Los Angeles County Superior Court pled nolo contendere and was convicted of two counts of sexual battery, a misdemeanor for crimes which occurred in the physician's medical office against two female sales representatives. The physician was sentenced to probation, a fine, completion of a fifty-two week sexual compulsion therapy program, and to register as a sex offender.
Action Taken-Interim Suspension Order
The Administrative Law Judge has ordered the Suspension of the physician's license to practice medicine and surgery in the State of California pending a full administrative determination of the physician's fitness to practice medicine.
