    I was sternly told to sit on arrival, then completely ignored for roughly 15 min. I thought the receptionist was busy, but she wasn't, just rude, I discovered. Had by phone been promised a surgery date, but it was cancelled subsequently without explanation, at cost and considerable inconvenience. Later learned the receptionist was Dr. Owens nurse, Jackie Keliikoa, who appeared to be bitter and hostile in her interactions with patients. She swiftly & singlehandedly created an ugly atmosphere in .
