Thank you to all who have made comments. They have helped me pinpoint problems in my practice and ... More     have led to some significant changes that will definitely improve patient satisfaction. I have changed not only my housekeeping staff, but I have made several changes in my front office and nursing staff as well as a major change in my phone system and electronic medical records system. I feel that these changes are already improving responsiveness and compassion toward the patients, as well as helping the timely flow of office visits, patient wait time, response time to medical care calls and notification of lab results. While there will always be some re-scheduling and delays due to obstetric and medical emergencies, we will continue to strive to minimize these problems as much as possible. As always, the same dedication to high quality care, patient face-to-face time as well as answering your questions thoroughly will continue as usual. These characteristics are what have made this medical practice a success for the past 24+ years will continue. Less
