I showed up for my appointment early enough to have all paperwork filled out prior to my scheduled time and didn't end up seeing Dr. Bedford until 56 minutes AFTER my scheduled time. When I saw him he told me he had a meeting and spent less than a minute with me before telling me that he had a meeting and had to leave. His staff then double-billed my insurance. I'm not likely to recommend him or return.

My mom was having pain from acid reflux. She's in great health. She was taken into the care of Dr. Bedord to perform an endoscopy. He sedated her and said she had been pulling at the endoscope. She was mumbling to me that she was in pain. We learned that Dr. Bedford had torn a few holes in her esophagus due to forcing the endoscope therefore air escaped into her chest just a membrane away from her heart. Emergency surgery was done. She has damaged vocal cords and muscle damage in her neck.
