The staff called to verify my visit was covered on my insurance and assured me it was 100%. After my visit and a referral for colonoscopy the referred doctors office called to inform me they were not in my network and therefore would not be covered. now Dr Kumar's office is billing me for services I was assured were 100% covered. They do not know what they are doing. I am being told That I was rendered services and am therefore responsible for the bill even though the services were worthless.

Will not go the length to get your medication approved. Staff very unwilling to help. Angie had the worst attitude and will not help you with anything, very inappropriate something is wrong with her. Failed to get my medications approved half way through treatment. Angie stated "she did not have all day to fax my script to pharmacy" even though I was running out of medications. Staff has no experience in the medical field. Please if your life is counting on this group of people, go elsewhere

The office staff in not knowledgeable with labs, I constantly had to manage my own labs, meds etc. The office personnel could not even get a fax for my medication when I was running out of life saving medicine, the staff personnel (Angie) said that "she did not have all day to fax my script to the pharmacy" even though I was running out of medicine which had to be taken every day without fail. Please do not go there if unless you want nothing but complete frustration and incompetence and no meds
