Impossible to get ahold of. Doesn't listen to patient concerns, makes random decisions on health matters. When I e,pressed concern.pver.stopping a medication that works and hasinitial side effects to switch to another one with severe side effects I was told I had no choice. For a year I have been stating a sleep apnea mask is on too high of a setting and was told to return in another year. Now the mask won't be adjusted until another sleep study is done. She doesn't care that I know my body.

Dr. Thomas is an extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable physician. She takes the time to listen to her patients, explain things in a way they will understand, and is very thorough. She really cares about helping her patients to achieve relief of whatever their issue is. The only negative is her office staff. It may be my perception but my interactions with office staff (not medical people) are that they are somewhat condescending and off putting.
