Staff is terrible. Rude and doesn't care about patients. They can't schedule and I have to make 3 appointments in advance. The wait to see a counselor isn't long.

Don't go here if you don't have insurance, even when you pay for everything in full and never cancel appointments. I got referred to here after leaving a mental hospital after a suicide attempt, then lost my insurance 2 years after first going here. Treating my depression was the number one thing in my life due to how bad it got. The excuse they gave me was I didn't call to schedule my appointment soon enough. I had to make them every 6 months, I called in 5 months.

About what you'd expect from a high-volume "therapist".Office staff underqualified & unprofessional. Due to the volume of patients, they're particularly bad at scheduling issues. After calling to verify my appointment, the wait for them to return my call caused me to be 18min "late". Still told to come in, after waiting 30min I was confronted by office staff like a school child late for class. Saxon=15min late seeing patients anyway. His concern was primarily covering up for pernicious staff.
