Have been seeing Dr. Jacobs for five years for R.A. Nothing has changed save for my condition getting worse. He gives the impression that he's "phoning it in" until he retires. If that were the only issue, I'd stick it out. However, his front office staff & nurses are the worst I've ever encountered. The slender dark-haired girl (maybe 30?) who is often sitting at one of the front windows has no business interacting with people in need. Extremely rude & rigid. Watched her make a 70 year old cry
