While Dr. James Wilkerson is very competent and a great doctor, it is virtually impossible to get someone to answer the phone. The front office staff leaves a lot to be desired. They are ALWAYS on their cellphones!

I think he is a good Dr with a bad staff. NUMEROUS times he has let my mother and myself run out of meds for a week at a time. They also failed to schedule a emergency visit to the urologist for a blocked ureter. I am waiting on my meds AGAIN due to them changing their phone and fax number without notice. THIS WOULD BE A GOOD PLACE FOR A DOCTOR!

Dr. James Wilkerson is the doctor for my elderly mom and mentally challenged sister. He is so good with both of them. He's accessible, caring, patient, and very knowledgeable.
