Nature of Complaint:
The Physician engaged in sexual contact with several female patients by touching their breasts and vagina without adequate medical indication and without documentation of adequate medical indication.
The Board has ordered that the Physician shall not practice medicine in the State of New York until further Order of the Board.
August 27, 2007-Summary Suspension Remains In Effect
The Board has determined that the summary suspension issued on May 5, 2007 shall remain in effect until further Order of the Board.
December 21, 2007-Final Order
The Board has Revoked the Physician's license to practice medicine in the State of New York.
June 26, 2008-License Remains Revoked
The Administrative Review Board affirmed the Hearing Committee's December 2007 determination and penalty of revocation of the physician's license. The board found the physician guilty of harassing, abusing or intimidating patients, engaging in immoral conduct, practicing medicine fraudulently, practicing medicine with gross negligence and gross incompetence, and practicing medicine with negligence and incompetence on more than one occasion.
