I hired dr chiappetta to remove the gel that came through my herniated disk, and was pushing on my siatic nerve. The problem arises when dr cook, a 2 star dr, was the one who performed the surgery. I would never recommend this guy to anyone. I hear he is a good dr, but I don't know because he did not perform my surgery, and claims he did. He was not there. Dr cook was the only one there. I never meet or spoke to cook, until I was at the hospital for surgery. i don't trust dr chiapetta, he lies
