    1. The respondent shall obtain 15-20 hours of CME in a comprehensive prescribing course and shall undergo the Physician Assessment and Clinical Education Program in medical recordkeeping, within 1 year.
    2. The Board staff shall conduct periodic chart reviews.
    3. The respondent shall obey all laws and all rules governing the practice of medicine in Arizona.
