Patients' feedback on their experience with Dr. Henry
I greatly value the feedback, positive or negative. I have always prided myself on achieving excellent 5 star reviews in the past. I believe the positive ones reflect the true spirit of the office and my care. Those that are negative have not been specific or constructive, and instead feel like serious abuse and a kick in the teeth, perhaps even sabotage. I always have my pager on and have not heard from any of these people. I would like to have the chance to discuss personally with anyone who is dissatisfied with their care, has questions about their treatment, or who has issues with my front desk. I don't always know what is going on at the front desk and I can't read people's minds as to what their needs are. I do my best.
I appreciate the continued support of my loyal patients. I know that sometimes one cannot please everyone. I feel very badly for that. I will try to improve where there are perceived weaknesses. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to serve you.
