The physician on 02-09-2010 was convicted by guilty plea of misbranding of a drug held for resale after shipment in interstate commerce. The physician was sentenced to probation for a period of three years, ordered to perform 160 hours of community service, and to pay a fine in the amount of $5,000.00.
