The front office is unprofessional and rude. There is a lot of fighting among the staff, even in front of the patients. I was out of town and needed to speak with Nicole about my care and the front office refused to transfer the call and even argued with me. I have since transferred drs. and now the office staff is refusing to transfer my medical records to my new doctor. Now I know why they haven't taken down the "Welcoming New Patients" sign, the office is running them away.

Very professional yet personable. Explains all medication uses and speaks clearly on any problems you may have. If I still lived in the area, Dr. Poquiz would be my first choice.
