First Time User — Register to create a new physician account.

1. In the First Time User box, type the physician's name, and select a state.
   SEARCH TIP: You may enter the first few letters of the name (physician last name or physician first name) followed by a % sign to search all names beginning with those letters. For example, if you enter Smith in the physician last name field, and Br% in the physician first name field, you will be given all providers within your state whose last name is Smith and whose first name starts with the letters Br (Bryan Smith, Brian Smith, Bryce Smith, etc.).
2. Click Continue.
   Note to Practice Administrators: To register, start by searching for a physician assigned to your practice.

Returning User — Sign into the system to access and update physician profiles.
