I was nervous about my surgery but Dr. Phalen explained everything as the procedure was being done and calmed my fears. My results have been excellent with perfect vision after.

Dismissed from care due to misinformation provided. Medication refills not provided on time. 30 min - 1 hr wait times past scheduled appointment times to be seen. Provider dislikes patients rescheduling appointments but will cancel patient appointments same-day without warning.
