I saw Dr. Kelts after having a negative outcome due to eye surgery and was referred to him by the doctor who did my last eye surgery who felt I had a facial nerve disorder. I have had trouble keeping my eyelids open and was pretty much dismissed by the eye doctor. Dr. Kelts listened to everything...
