After many years of being a patient to Dr. Ross, i could not get an appointment before 3 weeks to just examine an orbit socket nerve damage. I see him every 6mos. For an eye condition. I was informed by his staffer there was ‘no way’.

He charged us over $5K for a 'medically complex decision making' code. He saw our child for no more than 10 mins in a 3 hrs long visit, and has the audacity to code the charge to the highest level. If I could give negative reviews, I would.
