This doctor was attending when I came to the ER in need of compassionate care for my mental health. Instead. this doctor jumped to conclusions about my mental state and led to a 12-hour involuntary hold in the ER that traumatized me and my family. Extremely irresponsible care.

I went in for a 6 month check up been scheduled for 6 months . Arrived 15 minutes early as instructed by the office. I sat and waited for 25-30 minutes. The nurse came out and said there is one patient in front of me who was 15 minutes late for his appointment!! So it would be at least another 20...

Dr. Sterlin actually reads what is in your charts and doesn't require you to answer questions already asked and answered. She provides care based on information and test results in an efficient manner. I rarely experience delays in her office and all the staff are helpful and kind.
