During the procedure when i tried to clarify that i could feel the needle & ask if the numbing agent was working correctly, he told me that “You have my nose pierced, so you’ll be fine” & inexplicably added...

My husband has been so impressed by Dr. Phipps level of care and knowledge. She is so kind, considerate and smart. She takes her time answering his questions and has helped him with removing an unnecessary medication. I would definitely give her an 11 out of ten.
