Review for Dr. Gunawardane
It was a very clean and friendly atmosphere. Check-In was very simple and fast. Did not wait long to get in. Once in they took X-Rays right away. Dr. Pervaiz diagnose the problem right away with probable cause and outline a course of treatment. Shot of cortisone followed up with physical therapy.

I was hoping to see Dr Pervaiz since it was my first visit. His PA did an acceptable job diagnosing my issue. Hopefully I can meet Dr Pervaiz on my follow-up visit.

Dr. Pervaiz was very kind, caring, thorough and professional. He did X-ray of my shoulder which was fine then set me up for MRI for rotator cuff. Have follow up appt. tomorrow for results.
