After trying unsuccessfully to get in at several other local practices, I ended up at Raleigh Neurosurgical after a debilitating back injury. Dr. Dallapiazza was the soonest appt I could get. He answered all of my husband and I's questions and surgery was scheduled. Surgery gave me my life back....
