Not good. Didn’t communicate, didn’t follow up, didn’t explain the procedure and what to expect after. If I could sue him I would!!

I’ve never waited less than 45 minutes for a scheduled appointment. Dr Machen is always rushed and rude. He disregards questions and makes one feel like his time is being wasted. Will not return and advise others to avoid as well.
