Hospital Profile on Florida Hospital Heartland Medical Center
We've been providing small-town, neighborly health care for over 50 years. And while we've always worked hard to bring you the most advanced technology, our efforts changed the face of health care in 1995 when we started building Florida Hospital Heartland Medical Center. It allows us to deliver a level of service never before known in the Heartland.
Opened in November, 1997, our 230,000 square-foot, three-story medical center includes a comprehensive fitness center, a community education center, and a resource and information library. And the 86+ acre site gives our campus plenty of room to grow.
The new facility houses the area's largest hospital-based laboratory and radiology services plus comprehensive diagnostic and treatment facilities. All of our 111 beds are in private rooms. In fact, every service has been carefully planned with comfort, convenience and quality care in mind.
