Dr. Bagen was great! She was very thorough with explaining my child's injury and very patient with my questions. We left with a plan of care that is clear and expectations of what recovery will look like. Very pleased with our appointment.

The ridiculous waiting time. My appointment was 10:20 AM, I arrived at 9:45 AM. I left the office at 11:40 AM, trying to make a 12 o’clock appointment for my cardiologist in Tampa. Obviously, I did not get to see dr. Palumbo.
