For over 30 years, Lakewood Regional Medical Center has provided quality health services to our local communities. We have grown into a regional medical center and hospital, with over 500 physicians, 700 employees, and 90 volunteers. We are very excited about the future of our facility. We’re investing $10 million in support of Lakewood Regional Medical Center’s mission to provide quality health care. This includes adding two new cath labs, upgrading two radiology rooms and installing an advanced CT scanner. Lakewood Regional Medical Center is fully accredited by the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), the nation’s oldest and largest hospital accreditation agency.
