Patient / Medical Philosophy
I am a surgeon with advanced training in minimally invasive techniques and a special interest in treating patients with malignant and pre-malignant disorders of the stomach, adrenal gland, distal pancreas, and small intestine. The focus of my current research is on developing strategies for advancing minimally invasive procedures to remove tumors and improving techniques to facilitate these surgeries. I am also working with our gastroenterologists, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, and other surgeons to develop novel ways of coordinating a multidisciplinary approach that also optimizes cancer treatment.
