Patient / Medical Philosophy: Dr. Scott Brill, MD, FACS, FASCRS is a board-certified and fellowship-trained Colon and Rectal surgeon specializing in the minimally invasive treatment of benign and malignant colorectal diseases, as well as in the outpatient treatment of common anorectal problems such as hemorrhoids, fissures, and fistulas. He performs both screening and diagnostic/interventional colonoscopy. Colon and rectal cancer patients are offered state-of-the-art treatment in conjunction with medical and radiation oncologists at the St. James Cancer Treatment Center. Care is offered in a compassionate, caring, and discrete setting in which patients are educated regarding their problems and included in all decision making. We feel privileged for the opportunity to care for our patients, and seek to put them at ease while treating their troubling, painful, and sometimes life-threatening problems.
