Dr. Oas is dedicated to the expert diagnosis and treatment of vestibular disorders, medical conditions that cause vertigo, dizziness, ataxia, imbalance, and lead to falls. Diagnoses include: cervicogenic dizziness, vestibular migraine, superior semicircular canal dehiscence syndrome, recurrent peripheral vestibulopathy, tic vertigé (vestibular paroxysmia), otolith loss/dysfunction, benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), Ménière syndrome; vestibular neuronitis; viral neurolabyrinthitis. Services include Otoneurology evaluations and consultations, bedside videonystagmography (VNG), advanced treatment protocols (particle repositioning therapy) for resistant or complicated cases of BPPV (canalolithiasis) guided by VNG, and medicolegal expert opinion and testimony confined to vestibular issues.
