Urology is the study of disorders of the urinary tract in males and females, and the male reproductive system. A urologist is a physician who treats diseases and disorders of the genitourinary system. Urologists also diagnose and treat incontinence, and are experienced in endoscopy (surgery that involves a scope enabling the surgeon to view the surgery area inside the body).
