As a member of several hospital committees, Dr. Al-Jazayrly stays up-to-date with the latest cancer and blood disorder advancements.

Dr. Al-Jazayrly earned his medical degree at Aleppo University School of Medicine in Aleppo, Syria. Then he joined the medical staff practicing general medicine at Al Assadi Hospital in Damascus, Syria.

After a year of practicing general medicine, Dr. Al-Jazayrly was selected to be a research fellow in the Department of Otolaryngology at King-Drew Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. From that point on, his career in specialty medicine began to flourish as he took research positions at the Univeristy of Southern California School of Medicine, the University of California - San Francisco, and the University of California - Davis. During his post graduate training, Dr. Al-Jazayrly studied internal medicine and became an expert in hematology and oncology.

Currently Dr. Al-Jazayrly offers hematology and oncology services in the Los Angeles area. He actively participates in research with national organizaitons as well as with pharmaceutical companies.
