Kansas Nephrology Physicians, P.A. (KNP) was established in 1975 by Dr. W. Tom Meredith and Dr. Hugo P. Weber. In the past 30+ years there have been a lot of changes in the field of Nephrology. One thing that has remainded the same, is the Gentle, Caring, State of the Art way of practicing medicine, we started with in 1975. In addition to a successful clinic practice, the physicians own the Osteoporosis Detection Center as well as Kansas Vascular Access Center.
